Dry Chili Pepper Sauce

Photo credit : Palz This sauce is a hot, spicy and savoury sauce that can be taken with rice, potatoes and most preferably  yam.  The sauce main ingredient is dry Chili Pepper known as "ata gbigbe" in Yoruba usually grounded to get the smooth Chili powder known as "ata gungun"- grounded pepper. This sauce demands lot of onion to enhance it's flavour.  It's simple and real quick. Also it's appetizing and for this,  let's dive in. Recipe 1 milk tin dry pepper 2 large onion  1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 5 cow hides (porno)  3 Stock cubes  1 tspn of salt 1 tbsp ground crayfish 1/2cup of palm oil Procedures  Pour 2-3 cups of water in a pot and let boil.  Place the dry pepper  in a ziplock bag. Cooking indomie noodles or any other instant noodles in  a grand style not only changes the taste but also gives the noodles a brand new inviting look. Indomie noodles is a popular instant noodles common among kids. It's easy to cook, quick and time saving. Imbibing  the popular Chinese stir-fry method into cooking of indomie noodles can be a hit and it's worth  trying. Here's my recipe for a noodle stir fry. Recipe 2 Indomie Noodles 2 small size Carrot 3 Bell Pepper (1green, 1red and 1yellow)  1/8 cup of green Peas 1 Chicken drumstick  2 tbsp Pepper mix (Habanero Pepper, tomato and onion)  1 hard boiled egg 1 tbsp of Soysauce  11/2 stock cube  Lettuce,  Tomato and Basil (for garnishing)  2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1/2tspn salt Procedures Wash and dice carrot and set aside.  Wash, deseed and julienne the bell peppers and set  aside.  Boil

Nigerian Beans Cake (Akara Balls)

Photo credit: Palz.   Nigerian beans cake is also called Akara balls, but traditionally  called Akara. It is made from a bean paste or batter and deep fried in hot oil. Akara balls is a popular food on any Nigerian street. It is usually taken with cornmeal traditionally  called 'eko or agidi' and bread. It is easy to make and doesn't take much time. So let's dive in.  Ingredients   * 2 cups of beans  * 5 habanero pepper  * 1large onion * 1red bell pepper  * 1red chili pepper  * Vegetable  oil (for frying)  * 2 stock cube * salt to taste * 1egg  Procedures   * Wash and peel beans.  * Wash  2 habanero, 1bell and 1red chilli pepper and add to the beans. * Pour the beans and pepper into a blender, add a little water and blend until smooth. (Bean batter must not be watery)  * Pour batter into a bowl. * Wash and thinly slice the remaining  habanero pepper and onion and add into the      batter. * Season the batter with stock
